Homeowner and representative reviewing renovation progress

On the homeowner’s side

Renovation support.
On your side.

Your contractor does the work. Chasing everything shouldn’t be your job.

Two services: oversee your renovation before it goes wrong, or rescue one that already has.

Every week you know what moved forward, what it cost and what needs your decision — without having to be on site.

Sound familiar?

20-minute conversation, no obligation to hire. Scope and price agreed in writing before we start. No contractor commissions.

Does this sound familiar?

You hired a contractor. Not a second job.

The problem isn’t always a bad contractor. It’s not having someone following up on your behalf.

“It’ll be finished next week.”

But the week passes, the deadline shifts and nobody explains why.

Another unanswered message.

You call, follow up and ask again. You still don’t know where your renovation stands.

“That wasn’t in the quote.”

Extras keep appearing. You lose track of what was agreed and what you’ll pay.

You can’t always be on site.

And when you do visit, you’re not always sure what to check or ask.

Your contractor builds. We follow up. You make informed decisions.

Fewer doubts. More visibility.

Know what moved forward.
What it cost.
And what needs your decision.

Documented visits, contractor follow-up and a weekly report focused on what matters.

Who we are

Independent, on your side.

We do the site visits ourselves, in Lisbon and surroundings. We work only for the homeowner — never for the contractor — and send every report via WhatsApp, organised in a Google Drive folder.

  • No contractor commissions

How we start

First, we understand your renovation.

  1. 01

    We talk

Tell us where things stand and what worries you most. We see whether our support is right for you.

  2. 02

    We agree the scope

We review the renovation and documents. You receive a written proposal with the scope and price.

  3. 03

    We follow up and report

Site visits, contractor follow-up and reports. You know what’s happening and what needs a decision.

Paid only by you. Never by your contractor.

Before we talk

You might be wondering…

What services do you offer?

Two. Proactive Oversight is for renovations about to start or going smoothly: regular visits and a weekly report, for €149 or €299/month. Renovation Rescue is for delays, unexplained extras or a contractor who has gone quiet: it starts with a €99 assessment.

Which one should I choose?

If work hasn’t started or is going well, Proactive Oversight. If there are already problems, Renovation Rescue. Not sure? Choose “Not sure” on the form and we’ll help you decide.

Do you replace my contractor?

No. Your contractor still carries out the work. We track progress, organise information and help get answers. We do not replace technical professionals or statutory construction supervision.

Can you help if my renovation is already delayed?

We can start with a review of the situation: documents, a visit and identified risks. We don’t promise to recover every delay; we help clarify the facts and next steps.

How do I know what I’ll pay?

We agree the scope and price in writing before starting. Indicative prices are shown on each service page.

The next step is a conversation

You don’t have to manage this alone.

A 20-minute conversation, no obligation to hire. Scope and price agreed in writing before we start.
