Even with a good contractor, renovating can take up evenings, weekends and too much headspace. We follow up on behalf of the person paying for the work.

We are paid only by homeowners. No commissions, referral fees or arrangements with contractors.

When a technical assessment is needed, we coordinate qualified specialists. Our support does not replace legally required technical roles.
